Blue Stars announce Asteria

Blue Stars, Performing Arts for Youth, Inc. is excited to announce the formation of a new performance ensemble: Asteria Winds. Asteria Winds will be an All-Female Winter Winds ensemble that will perform on the WGI Winds circuit.
