  1. i love how everyone is insulting his mistakes as if they could play his solo any better

  2. In his defense, those arounds kinda look like they’re meant to be uncomfortable or show versatility in the piece-the stuff I could actually catch still looked difficult. There are a ton of other factors possibly playing into why he hit rim where he intended not to. We also have no idea how much time he had to put this together, and seem to not really notice the opposite end of the critical spectrum, where Mr. Takeda is still pulling insane stuff, if I may critically speculate. I’ve tried hard things before.
    All that taken into account, I’m sure Mr. Takeda doesn’t need any more badgering than he probably puts on himself for hitting more than one rim. His commentary and reflection on personal performance is humble but really high end. It’s just outrageous to see all this redundant critique in place of particular praised for things he did really freaking well. One guy said it well: “as if [we] could do it any better.”
    Come on, those that could wouldn’t comment about hitting rim.
