Best thing to do is record yourself playing the rhythms with your phone, with dynamics. Don’t worry about sticking yet. Just have a good version of the rhythms. Then listen to that over and over with ear buds. Eventually when you start adding the sticking it’ll be like you’re playing to a song you’ve heard a million times.
